Hey, are they vegetables or fruits? Do you know why they are called Traffic Lights? These and other questions and answers are found within the page. They have been cultivated for over 9000 years. The earliest cultivation occurring in South and Central cultures.
I had no idea there would be so much information on peppers when I first started looking for it! Consider the meaning and taste of colors. how old they are. It is only bell peppers that do not produce capsaicin, which is the chemical that gives peppers their heat. You can find a ton of information about whatever you want!

So much that you can get to know just about potatoes and their history, just so unbelievable and interesting! It just goes on and on about interesting stuff. Boy, I thought peppers were old. Such as the largest potato ever grown on one plant is 370 pounds ya that’s right, 370 pounds. WOW! An example of some of the interesting facts are that the potatoes are in the same family as “tobacco”! I was thinking what? That doesn’t make sense or how can that be even possible? Weird right?
